• A group is 20 people plus a tour leader, the tour leader's entry is complimentary.

• West Green House will open its gardens especially for you and our team will be on hand to assist.

• We welcome Groups from 11.00am until 4.00pm.

• Arrangements can be made for the garden to open for evening groups between 5.00pm and 7.00pm, however there is a surcharge of £4.00 per person.

• The majority of the West Green House garden is flat and suitable for persons with walking difficulties, however the Lake Field parkland has uneven surfaces.

Openings

In 2010, pre-booked coach parties will be welcome any day from 3 April until 19 September, except Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Group Packages

Option A:	Garden entry, introductory talk, tea/coffee with biscuits or pastries of the day £15.00 per person.
Option B:	Garden entry, introductory talk, tea/coffee with an English tea (a selection of cakes, biscuits and scones) £19.50 per person.
Option C:	Garden entry, introductory talk and lunch £25.00 per person.
Option D:	Garden entry, introductory talk, tea/coffee with biscuits or pastries and then lunch £29.00 per person.

Refreshments

We are pleased to offer pre-ordered refreshments for Groups. On fine days, this is served in the Alice in Wonderland courtyard or in the adjoining Log Barn if it is cold and inclement weather.

When pre-ordering refreshments, please advise us of any special dietary needs, which we can arrange to cater for these.

Please note we do not have a tea room for casual morning/afternoon tea or lunch services on unscheduled public opening days.

Parking

We have an all-weather off road coach parking site off Thackhams Lane, a gravel walkway leads to the garden entrance. There is also a grassed car park suitable for cars only adjoining the garden entrance.
