The West Green House shop is inspired by its gardens and stocks a unique range of gifts, antiques and collectables, mostly sourced in Europe, for the gardener, the plantswoman, the chicken lover and the aesthete. We seek out the more unusual, glamorous, humorous and indispensable to share with our visitors.

The shop will re-open on Easter Saturday 8 April until Sunday 30 September between 11.00am and 4.30pm on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, except on Music and Opera days when times will vary.

G.P. & J Baker "Opera Garden" Collection

Introduced last October, The Opera Garden collection is inspired by the gardens at West Green House and opened to a crescendo of "Bravos". This range travels from embroidered silks to whimsical cottons, to papers and its own selection of stripes and checks at price points to suit these times. In spring we will introduce a range of accessories that further explores the magic of the garden for everyone to enjoy.

Garden Antiques

On Saturday 28 & Sunday 29 April between 11am – 4.30pm, we will be hosting "Les Tresors du Jardin", a market of garden antiques, collectables and antique garden accoutrements.

Sally, Carole and Marylyn have visited their favourite far flung haunts to assemble a fascinating collection of "objects" to make a garden original.

Gardeners & Plant Lovers

Every year at West Green House herbaceous borders are renewed and reimagined. This year it is the turn of the grey blue into mauve plantings. In the lake field the last lakeside garden is commencing. Designed as a garden of edible hedges, we welcome you to watch it evolve as a new concept to assist the conservation of wildlife.

The garden's nursery will sell these plant collections throughout the season.
