We are so fortunate that Jon Kohout, who was until recently the head chef on the Belmond Pullman (the Orient Express), is to cook for us this evening.

This is fine dining at its best, cooked personally by Jon for a limited number of guests. It is a menu of five courses with accompanying wines which Jon will select closer to the date in line with the arrival of seasonal produce.

Singing the blues and jazz reminiscent of a 40’s cocktail lounge Louisa Revolta with Steve Christie at the piano are the evenings guest artists.

£140 per person
Includes a five course dinner in the Greenhouse, pre-dinner drink, accompanying wines, the performance and car parking.
