We all grew up entranced by Robinson Crusoe’s adventures and now Tom Lowe is tracing his footsteps in song, with this new programme for West Green House. So weaving together the music and song of Brazil, Africa and the beat of the Caribbean will be a most exciting performance, which has our chef intrigued to create a mouthwatering menu for lunch using the flavours we know and love from these faraway tropical lands.
